Lynn Partin
Owner, Manager
Lynn oversees the day-to-day operations, sales, maintenance, and installation projects. He holds a Pesticide Applicator License through the NCDA, is a Keystone Certified Installer for patios and retaining walls, has an Associate Degree in Electronics Servicing and has numerous certification in low voltage wiring, lighting, audio, etc.
Bladen Partin
Maintenance, Landscaping, Hardscaping, Install Foreman
Starting at a young age with Dixie Landscaping & Turf Management, Bladen quickly became an asset to the company. Bladen took numerous horticulture courses while enrolled at West Johnston High School and placed 3rd in the state and 6th in the region in an FFA turfgrass management program. Bladen holds a Pesticide Applicators License through the NCDA, is a Keystone Certified Installer for patios and retaining walls, and is a NDS Certified Installer for drainage.
Randy Partin
Owner, Pesticide Specialist
After farming in his younger years, Randy worked 33 years as a research technician for one of the largest Ag/Turf chemical companies in the world. With his decades of experience he has the expertise needed to create a beautiful, healthy lawn and keep it that way! He holds a Pesticide Applicators License through the NCDA with numerous sub categories as well as being a Certified Crop Advisor.
Amanda Farmer
Office Administrator
Amanda has more than 20 years in an accounting setting. She has worked in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Corporate Accounting, Billing Administration and Customer Service. When not in the office, Amanda assists with the landscaping jobs, client meetings, sales and vendors. She also has certifications in Business Administration and Flora Design.

Dixie Landscaping & Turf Management is a small family owned and operated business based in Willow Springs NC. Started in 2015 as a basic lawn maintenance service, we quickly grew into offering residential and commercial property maintenance, turf grass management, landscape installation, and much much more.
